My condolences to all of the family Oh alot of water has run under that old bridge.I used to live by Frank on W.3rd St in the middle 1960's and he was always a happy go lucky all out nice guy. I can remember seeing Frank walking down 4th St and we all knew where he was headed to the Pastime Pool Hall.
